These terms govern use of MuscleForge websites and AI services offered in Canada. All commercial amounts are in CAD.

Services

We provide artificial intelligence consulting, implementation, and related technology services. Statements on this site are not legal or professional advice.

Quotes and payment

Fees are quoted in Canadian dollars unless otherwise agreed in writing. Taxes apply per federal and provincial rules.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Canadian law, our liability for IT and AI services is limited to fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim, except where limitation is prohibited.

AI outputs

Clients remain responsible for validating model outputs, compliance, and deployment decisions. We do not guarantee uninterrupted inference.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict rules.

Disputes

Parties agree to good-faith negotiation before litigation in competent Canadian courts.
